Advocate Maciej Szermach is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the European University “Viadrina” in Frankfurt (Oder) and the Faculty of Law at the University in Poznan. During his studies abroad, he earned academic titles: LL.M. (Master of German and Polish Law) and LL.B. (Bachelor of German and Polish Law).
After completing his legal apprenticeship with distinction, he further developed his skills and competencies at a leading global professional services firm Rödl&Partner as an attorney specializing in areas such as Due Diligence and real estate transactions in both domestic and international projects. His fluency in the German language is undoubtedly an asset when advising business entities in the German-speaking area.
For over two decades, Advocate Maciej Szermach has served as a Partner and pivotal figure at the law firm BSO Law&Taxes.
As the Founder of SP-CORPORATE Szermach&Pilch sp. z o.o., he has successfully served as the President of the Board for nearly 15 years and oversees the entire team.
For many years, Advocate Maciej Szermach has served on the supervisory boards of corporations, including the Supervisory Board at Nowel sp. z o.o., one of the European leaders in frozen bread production.
He is the author of numerous press publications and a distinguished lecturer and mentor.
Advocate Maciej Szermach devotes his free time to sports, mainly tennis, golf and skiing. He won multiple Polish Championships of Advocates in tennis.
